- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Conduct assessments to track children's progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance educational programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and families.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Background check clearance required.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable demeanor.
