- Assist in enrolling new children and maintaining current enrollment information.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and staff activities as needed.
- Financial Management :
- Oversee petty cash and manage office supplies inventory.
- Communication :
- Serve as the primary point of contact between parents and the childcare facility for inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and distribute newsletters, announcements, and other communications to parents and staff.
- Foster a positive environment through effective communication and collaboration with staff, families, and community partners.
