Position : Administrative Assistant
Your dedication to the success of our next generation will ensure we deliver on our mission of bringing the best and most trusted early childhood education and care to the families we serve.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for greeting families at drop off / pick up.
- Observes all rules and regulations at our school and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.
- Maintains all student files and assists with licensing.
- Assists in the classrooms on an as needed basis.
- Plans with a member of the Leadership Team all social activities for the school.
- Follows up with inquiries and schedules tours.
- Maintains an attractive, well-kept building that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
- Accepts responsibility for maintenance and necessary housekeeping duties of common areas.
- Attends all required staff meetings, workshops and / or school functions.
- Maintains overall professional personal appearance.
