Make a difference every day.
- Create a culture of support within the school (for staff, families and children).
- Cultivate an environment committed to health and safety.
- Assist the Director to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control.
- Is responsible for greeting families when the drop off/pick up their children
- Observes all rules and regulations at Primrose School of Devon and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.
- Maintains all student file and assists with licensing.
- Assists in the classrooms on an as needed basis.
- Plans with a member of the Leadership Team all social activities for the school.
- Follows up with inquiries and schedules tours.
- Maintains an attractive, well-kept building that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
- Accepts responsibility for maintenance and necessary housekeeping duties of common areas.
- Attends all required staff meetings, workshops and/or school functions.
- Maintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines offered in the Primrose School of Devon Employee Handbook
- Assists in other capacities that Director, or designee, determines is necessary.

- A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
