Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the strategic planning and operational management of our educational institution. The Administrator will play a pivotal role in overseeing various administrative functions, ensuring that the pre school operates efficiently while fostering an environment conducive to education and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day preschool operations
- Supervise and support staff and provide on going training as well as help by stepping inside classrooms.
- Oversee budgeting processes, including allocation of resources and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards
- Provide leadership in the administration of academic programs, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
- Facilitate communication between Staff members, parents and ownership to promote a positive cohesive working environment.
- Organize training sessions and workshops aimed at professional development for staff and faculty.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Love for children and readiness to step in classrooms when needed .
- Build strong connection with parents and build trusted relationships.
- Should be open to Primrose Training
Requirements
- Proven experience in education administration or a similar role within a preschool setting for almost 2 years.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent strategic planning capabilities, demonstrating foresight in decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management within an educational context.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining a focus on institutional objectives.
