Summary

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at Primrose Schools. In this role, you will create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, guiding their development through our innovative curriculum. Your contributions will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the Balanced Learning® approach.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for children.
• Observe and assess children's development and progress, providing feedback to parents.
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting social-emotional development.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children and parents.
• First aid certification is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
