We are seeking an enthusiastic Lead Teacher for age 4-year-olds to join our team at Primrose School of Leesburg at Potomac Station. Responsibilities :
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on children's progress
- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides
- Observe and assess children's development and progress
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field is desired
- Previous experience working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements for education and experience
- Passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing a nurturing and educational environment for children
