Benefits:
- Salary compensation is $40,000-50,000 depending on experience and education

- In consultation with the Executive Director, participate in the training and professional growth for teaching staff.
- Director experience is in Idaho preferred and knowledgeable with Idaho rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff.
- Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to appropriately seek solutions for themselves.
