- A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
- Experience in management, business, and/or public relations preferred.
- EEC Director I/Director II qualification.
- Demonstrated responsibilities overseeing all childcare operations, including ECC compliance, quality assurance, and facility operations.
