WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Data Visualization Specialist, you will collect, clean and interpret data sets to answer questions or solve problems within our business. You will also design and develop data visualizations and dashboards using data sets from various sources. This is a full-time, hybrid role.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights that can be used to inform business decisionsDesign and develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholdersCollaborate with the Data Scientists and with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data visualization solutions that meet their needsCommunicate findings and insights to stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and reportsCreate and maintain documentation of data visualization processes, tools, and best practicesStay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and analyticsLearn the underlying data attributes, metrics, and calculations used within the organizationMaintain a high level of data integrity and take appropriate action to investigate potential data discrepanciesMaintain competency in the data repository systems used throughout the organizationWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's Degree in statistics, data science, computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred3-5 years of progressive experience in an analytical role or analyticsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and in TableauAbility to uphold confidentiality of data and handle data with professional maturityAbility to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external partnersAgility and high attention to detailVerbal and written communication skillsWHAT YOU WILL GET
