What You Will Do
The School Marketing Consultant drives marketing efforts in both current and new schools, working closely with our Franchise Owners to ensure success and brand consistency. In this role you will generate a culture of positivity and accountability with Franchise Owners to ensure they meet their inquiry and conversion goals, foster trusted relationships with Franchise Owners, and influence results within their assigned school portfolio. This is a full-time, field-based role.

What You Will Do
The School Marketing Consultant drives marketing efforts in both current and new schools, working closely with our Franchise Owners to ensure success and brand consistency. In this role you will generate a culture of positivity and accountability with Franchise Owners to ensure they meet their inquiry and conversion goals, foster trusted relationships with Franchise Owners, and influence results within their assigned school portfolio. This is a full-time, field-based role.
- Serve as the trusted advisor to Franchise Owners and school leadership team members to provide marketing support to address the evolving unique marketing opportunities of each Primrose School
- Consult on marketing strategies and tactics that generate demand and build the brand, serve as the subject matter expert on local school marketing
- Support schools with resources and tools to build local school marketing plans
- Proactively evaluate school marketing performance and provide recommendations on their local school marketing plans
- Support Franchise Owners to analyze their marketing data, including inquiries, tour conversion, enrollment rate and campaign ROI, providing actionable insights to improve results
- Proactively provide Franchise Owners with updates on marketing department initiatives and recommendations on local/regional opportunities and best practices
- Communicate national, market (MLBC) and local marketing initiatives to Franchise Owners
- Lead the marketing onboarding process for new schools
- Build strong internal partnerships to ensure cross-departmental collaboration in order to drive business results
- Partner with cross functional marketing team to build new school marketing plans, including briefing process and ongoing monitoring and reporting
- Provide school perspective to Brand marketing team for marketing strategy decisions, and collaborate with internal marketing channel partners to collect feedback and create new opportunities for enhanced growth for school
- Ongoing development and refinement of new school and local school marketing resources and toolkit
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials
- Analyze & report new school performance data for the purpose of identifying best practices, uncovering trends and providing recommendations to New School Support Coach and Franchise Owners to amplify results
- Provide recommendations to improve new school Franchise Owner training
- Provide feedback to the Franchise Owner and internal stakeholders that allows for course correction if enrollment objectives or marketing procedures are not on track or not met.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 8 years’ experience supporting marketing and branding initiatives in a multi-unit environment
- Franchise experience highly preferred
- Broad marketing experience including digital, print, social, and event-based marketing
- Digital marketing proficiency – understanding of digital platforms, social media advertising and local SEO
- Comfort and working knowledge of all media including national media and local sponsorships, community activations, and local media
- Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable strategies
- Strong track record of successful internal and external relationship management; strong interpersonal skills to build effective, inclusive, and collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience influencing without authority
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to various personality styles and build trusted relationships with Franchise Owners
- Commission or bonuses based on personal and company performance
