Digital Web Data Analyst - 61665

We have an immediate contract to hire opportunity with one of our prime clients for the position Digital Web Data Analyst to work in Arlington, VA on a hybrid basis with 1 day a week on-site.

Pay Rate : $50-$55 / hr

Clearance- Must be able to get a public trust clearance and be ok with it taking 4-6 weeks.

Req Notes : - this person will be collecting metrics on a lot of questions from stakeholders - web visitation, where people go on the site, clicks etc. - this person must be strong in google analytics, they cannot be trained up - need to have a strong understanding on day one - can be someone who is not using it currently but has in the past - do not need coding experience but it is a plus, this role is really about analytics - drupal is not needed but the product is drupal so they will be working with it - key is google analytics and google tag manager

Imp :

LCAT Requirement- 7 years experience w / a BS or 5 years experience w / a MS.
Must have strong experience with Google Analytics.
Experienced with analyzing campaign performance and identify web trends.
Drupal experience is a big nice to have.
Must be comfortable with passing DHS Public trust- (It takes about 4-6 weeks so ideally someone that is currently working is ideal candidate).

Digital Web Data Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : As a Digital Web Data Analyst, you will be focused on gathering lead generation and customer insights, data and analytics, research, and mapping customer journeys. You will leverage data to identify opportunities including process improvements. Other duties include, but are not limited to, the following :

Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to increase qualified traffic and to promote near-term actions to improve leads.

Maintain multi-touch attribution and lead scoring initiatives.

Ensure organization is abreast of tool updates and new strategies so we can adjust our plans and website designs.

Perform analytics using internal and third-party data sets

Set up and maintain Google Data Studio dashboards including Google Analytics.

Proficiency in Google Analytics setup : This includes tracking code implementation, goal and funnel configuration, and data filtering.

Expertise in creating custom dimensions, metrics, and event tracking : These allow capturing unique data points.

Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics reporting : Creating and customizing dashboards and reports.

Experience with Google Tag Manager : For streamlined tag implementation and management.

Familiarity with other Google tools : Such as Google Search Console and Google Data Studio for a holistic view of website performance.

Assist in designing, launching, and maintaining marketing analytics dashboard with clear, easy-to-understand reporting, to provide better business insights into site performance and customer experience.

Translate data into decisions, meaningful interactions, and impactful business outcomes to drive our development and customer experience strategies.

Assist in completion of digital customer journey mapping.

Develop and manage customer surveys.

Identify new capabilities to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience :

Bachelor's Degree, and three or more years' related work experience in analytics-driven field

Must have experience developing content on one or more of the following platforms :

o Google Analytics (preferred)

o Site Improve

o Drupal

o Power Pivot

o Tableau

o Qlik

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to articulate recommendations in a clear, concise and informed manner. Ability to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies, ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
