Salesforce Technical Product Owner - REMOTE WORK - 62420
We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Salesforce Technical Product Owner to work on Remote basis.
Pay Rate : $50-$55 / hr
Location- 100% Remote for 6 month contract and then 4 days a week on site in Columbia, MD after perm conversion
2 Backend focused openings - Experienced with Lightening Web Components, Aura, Apex, App Builder and API's.
1 Frontend focused opening- Experience with Service Cloud on the user side.
Must Haves From Manager :
- Must have Salesforce Tech. Product Owner experience.
- 2 of the Openings require more experience with backend Salesforce Lightening, Apex, Aura, App Builder and API's.
- 1 of the Openings requires more experience with frontend experience with Salesforce Service Cloud on the user side.
- Must have strong Product Owner experience with Salesforce ecosystems.
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Product Owner (TPO) to lead our home screen project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, with hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning, Service Console, and Sales Cloud. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Lightning components, Apex, and data integrations.
Responsibilities :
Lead the homescreen project, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on stakeholder input and business value.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to deliver high-quality products.Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Lightning components and Sales Console.Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and APIs.Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables.Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in clear business language.Identify areas for process optimization and automation within Salesforce.Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3 years of experience in a Product Owner or related role, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, Service Cloud, Lightning components, and Apex.Experience with Agile methodologies and managing a product backlog.Hands-on experience with data integrations, APIs, and third-party systems within Salesforce.Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and relevant third-party applications.Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management and project tracking software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Preferred Qualifications :
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Advanced Administrator) are a plus.Experience with sales process automation, lead management, opportunity tracking, and reporting in Salesforce.Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern front-end frameworks.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and application development best practices.Personal Attributes :
