We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of ServiceNow Developer to work on Remote basis.
Pay Rate : $40-$45 / hr
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with experience in developing and managing Service Catalogs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Service Catalog creation, maintenance, and optimization. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the Service Catalog meets business needs and is aligned with IT service management (ITSM) best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Service Catalog Development :
- Design and develop Service Catalog items, workflows, and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement and maintain Service Catalog workflows, ensuring efficient automation and integration with other ServiceNow modules.
- Create user-friendly, intuitive service catalogs that meet business requirements and improve user experience.
- ServiceNow Development :
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Create and maintain business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and other advanced configurations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, including security, performance, and scalability considerations.
- Collaboration & Communication :
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and other business units, to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Service Catalog and other ServiceNow modules.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends.
- Participate in regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
