We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of ServiceNow Solution Architect - ServiceNow HAM Pro SME to work on Remote basis.
JOB DESCRIPTION : Must Have :
- All typical responsibilities of a ServiceNow solution architect / technical consultant
- Seasoned IT professional with background in End User Computing asset mgmt.
- Flexera - experience with Flexera
- Remedy - experience with Remedy ITSM
- ServiceNow HAM Pro expert w / ability to conduct product demonstrations for requirements gathering
- ServiceNow HAM Professional implementation experience in similar role (3 )
- ServiceNow Platform expert on data foundations and integration capabilities
- Experience working in similar role with Fortune 500 Global institutions
- Flexibility to accommodate non-standard working hours for regional workshops across the globe
- Significant experience in Financial Services industry in the context of Hardware Asset Mgmt.

Scope
Conduct implementation readiness assessment
In collaboration with the BPC, conduct implementation workshops, inclusive of product demonstrations
Create a backlog of Agile stories representing functional requirements
Create Epic level release plan organizing backlog into logical outcomes
Focus areas :
Core Platform, Hardware Asset Mgmt. Professional, Remedy ITSM, Flexera (on-prem)
