Sr. Project Manager Scrum Master - 62082
We have an immediate hands-on opportunity for a Sr. Project Manager (Scrum Master) with deep Agile experience. This includes helping mature the Agile Team through Agile values, principles, and success patterns and facilitating impediment removal to foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
Pay Rate : $55-$60 / hr
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Coach teams in self-organization and self-management and help them coordinate and participate in Agile Release Trains (ARTs) events, increasing the effectiveness of SAFe across the organization.
- Strong passion for Agile frameworks and guiding development teams to higher Scrum maturity.
- Good knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts including, but not limited to : definition of done, user story refinement, automated testing, backlog refinement, and PI Planning
