We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Technology Business Management (TBM) Analyst to work Johnston, RI
Requirements
- Serve as the Apptio System Administrator, ensuring the platform's seamless operation.
- Perform data loading, validation, and ensure high-quality data management for production.
- Design and deploy custom reports, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Triage and resolve TBM requests and incidents in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimize TBM practices.
- Provide ongoing support during system upgrades and new feature rollouts.
- Test and validate new capabilities and enhancements within the TBM tool.
- Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
- Experience: 6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, technology operations, and program management.
- Financial Acumen: Strong background in finance with excellent data analytic skills.
- TBM Expertise: In-depth understanding of the Apptio platform and the TBM framework.
- Certifications: CTBME and/or ACP certification required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel and HTML.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends in data.
