We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of UX Designer - Figma, Salesforce to work in Juno Beach, FL on onsite basis.
Pay Rate : $35-$45 / hr
Tech Needs :
4 years' experience of UX Design, Figma, 1 years' experience with Salesforce, Strong Communication skills

Summary : Our client values creativity, collaboration, and a user-centric approach to design and development. This team is responsible for Customer Application Design for new and existing systems and will assist various departments across the company with creating new user-centric web and mobile applications. We are looking for a talented UIUX Designer to join our team and help us create exceptional user experiences for frontend web applications, dynamic enterprise systems, and interactive reports. This designer would be responsible for advocating user-focused strategy across the company meeting with business stakeholders and leading the customer-based design for their Salesforce platform. This designer should be comfortable with providing creative vision as a senior point of contact for the user experience journey while working on the current application with the development team. This designer should be comfortable with interacting with external stakeholders, creating personas, gathering user research, advocating user-focused designs during business meetings, and creating journey maps.
Responsibilities :
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Meet with internal business stakeholders advocating for user-focused design principles across the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work across various devices and screen sizes.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
