Windows Engineer with Nutanix- 62038
We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Windows Engineer with Nutanix to work 100% remote
Requirements
- Windows Server Management: Ensuring optimal performance, high availability, and reliability for Windows Server environments.
- Nutanix Infrastructure: Design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot Nutanix clusters (including scaling and configuration).
- System Monitoring & Performance Tuning: Oversee performance and capacity planning for both Windows and Nutanix systems.
- Security Configurations: Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, and related security settings.
Qualification
- Windows Server Expertise: Strong knowledge in administering Windows Server versions 2016, 2019, and 2022, with particular expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Nutanix Expertise: Hands-on experience with Nutanix AHV or Nutanix Prism for infrastructure management.
- Virtualization: Familiarity with VMware or Hyper-V technologies.
- Networking Knowledge: Understanding of networking concepts like VLANs, routing, and firewall setups.
- Automation: Experience in scripting or automation using tools like PowerShell.
