Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Automate Business Tasks: Design, develop, and implement automation scripts to streamline and optimize business processes, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency.
- Develop Robust Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code to support various business applications and services.
- API Integration: Connect and integrate APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between different systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with Agile Team: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Code Reviews and Testing: Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of automated processes and integrated systems.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed code, APIs, and automated processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Python development, with a strong focus on automation and API integration.
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Experience with API development and integration (RESTful and SOAP).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
