Workday Finance – Architect – REMOTE WORK - 62820

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Workday Finance – Architect to work on Remote basis.

Pay Rate: $60 - $70/hr

Workday Go-live: Occurred on Oct 1st, 2024

  • Implemented: HCM, Finance, SCM
  • Time and Attendance and adaptive planning are on the schedule for the future.

Primary Needs

  • Workday Architecture Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management), Finance, Materials Management, and Accounts Payable (AP) configurations.
  • Skilled in process improvement and optimization within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Evaluation of Modifications:
  • Analyze current workflows and configurations to determine if modifications are necessary.
  • Provide strategic guidance on the best approach to implement modifications when required.
  • System Stability and Prioritization:
  • Support prioritization efforts to balance incoming requests for enhancements and fixes while maintaining system stability.
  • Manage and optimize existing features (e.g., benefits module) to ensure they meet operational needs.
  • Support for Current and Future Requests:
  • Address the increasing volume of requests from end-users for new enhancements and fixes.
  • Guide the organization in prioritizing these requests efficiently.

  • Finance as a Priority:
  • While the organization seeks support across multiple modules, finance-related needs are the most pressing, suggesting a preference for a candidate with significant Workday Finance experience.
  • Mixed Expertise:
