Manufacturing Engineer – Paid Co-Op / Internship

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op / Intern to join our team. This paid opportunity is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and quality control. Whether as a Co-Op (longer-term, structured work experience) or an Internship (shorter-term placement) , this role allows students to apply classroom knowledge to real-world projects while developing technical and professional skills.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems.
• Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure product consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges.
• Help develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and cost-reduction strategies.
• Contribute to project management efforts to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support production staff by providing training and guidance on new processes and equipment.
