Our product lines include lawn and garden supplies, pet products, animal feeds, wild bird products, and agricultural products. Prince has warehouse distribution centers located in Marshfield, WI, Teutopolis, IL, and Kingsbury, IN. Our corporate facility is located in Marshfield, WI.
Prince manufactures specialty feeds, wild bird food, grass seed, and wildlife grazing mixes. Prince manufactures product under their own labels as well as many other labels and custom manufacture product for a variety of customers.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will call on an established multi-state territory (North and Central Illinois and other areas as assigned). The ideal candidate will have a proven history of growing sales territories (sales and gross margin) and have experience in one or more of the lawn and garden, animal feed, wild bird, and pet product industries. Extensive day travel (approximately 25% overnights) is required.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Extensive travel required. Resolve customer issues regarding sales and service. Monitor customer preferences and focus of sales efforts. Analyze sales statistics. Project sales and determine the profitability of territories. Develop plans to acquire new customers through sales techniques, cold calling and business to business marketing plans.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree or equivalent sales work experience in agriculture, pet, lawn and garden, and/or wild bird industries.
