Key Responsibilities:
- Master Planning: Be a major developer and overseer of our plan to modernize our 200 school building with the Educational Facilities Master Plan (EFMP)
- Capital Improvement Coordination: Drive the Capital Improvement Program (CIP), aligning facility enhancements with our strategic goals.
- Data Analysis: Analyze enrollment trends and facility utilization, providing actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with community groups, governmental agencies, and internal teams to foster transparent communication and effective planning.
- Educational Specifications: Craft detailed educational specifications that reflect the unique needs of each project, ensuring our facilities support diverse learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Three to four years in facility planning, data analysis, or capital programming, preferably within an educational setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Nice to have: GIS mapping, data analysis tools, and standard office software suites.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences, both orally and in writing.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven track record of building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Position Details:

- Salary Range: $74,772 - $150,482 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
