Job Summary

As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive outstanding service while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and the dining area in accordance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Process payments using the POS system efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in training new staff members on food handling practices and service protocols.
Skills
