Prince Telecom is hiring entry level Cable Installation Technicians in Plainfield, IL to join our team and help connect America!
Compensation : $17 / hr
Job Type : Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Resolve, repair and install cable TV, internet, telephone and / or alarm equipment in accordance with guidelines.
- Ability to set up and configure residential networking equipment such as ONT's, routers and switches
- Analyze and record test results within prescribed parameters by performing testing on company issued devices and customer devices.
- Interface with customers to identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
- Drive a company vehicle between home / office, warehouse, and work sites in a safe and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and stocked vehicle with equipment in order to be prepared to perform required duties.
- Complete paperwork accurately and report and record all work order status updates
