What You'll Do......
Ensure that all designs are completed in accordance with customer specifications.- Provide training for employees working within the department.
- Professionally represent Prince Telecom in virtual meeting
- Identify performance issues and report said issues to direct leadership.
- Review MSO QC related issues and implement corrections needed into designs.
- Must be able to read blueprints and fiber prints.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and management.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Have.....
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.- Must pass extensive background investigation and drug screen.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Computer proficiency with Google, Excel and Word.
