What youll do as a Director Program Management Operations
Manage the implementation processes of continuous improvement to increase overall efficiency for multiple lines of business throughout the organizationManage the planning and implementation of operational projects with significant impact the companys resultsStrategically align and manage operational project tasks and deliverables to reach overall business goalsTrack and report project progress and ensure deliverables are executed on-time.Serve as the liaison with the client to address various needs, concerns and expectationsEffectively communicate with company stakeholders and clientsBalance competing project constraintsAnalyze data to interpret impact to businessOther responsibilities as assignedWhat youll need
To be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyMinimum 10 years experience in senior management role within general construction, engineering or telecommunication industry managing large-scale and complex projects with customer facing responsibilitiesExtensive experience in change managementExperience organizing and facilitating meetings, including creating agendas, guiding discussions, and reviewing outcomesSkills or experience related to project coordination. Project coordination generally focuses more on day-to-day tasks and less on high-level planning, scheduling, or budgetingHigh level oral and written communication skillsProficient in spreadsheet and word processing software, such as Microsoft office suite & GoogleTime management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management and goal settingExperience or knowledge of maintaining a formalized system that documents processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives. Includes Quality Control, Quality AssuranceAdditional qualifications
