JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all phases of the Food and Nutrition Department's operations; ensuring that meals served meet or exceed all federal, state, and local guidelines and are tailored to student preferences while maintaining a financially sound operation.
