This position serves as a college/career counselor; assists students in developing post-secondary plans to include education, career options, and employability skills. This position supports the success of all students by helping them develop self-awareness, aids them in becoming self� directive, and guides them in planning and preparing for post-secondary opportunities. This position develops and manages college/career programs that address the needs of a diverse student population, in collaboration with secondary counselors and secondary directors of counseling services. This position functions as a leader, advocate, and agent of systemic change in support of all students' career/college needs.
