As a Dental Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our practice. Your primary responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating patient schedules, overseeing billing and insurance processes, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our office. In addition to your managerial duties, your role will also involve some orthodontic-related responsibilities, making ortho experience a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the daily operations of the dental office.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and appointments.
- Oversee billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for the dental team.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in dental office management.
