About This Role
The incumbent will be responsible for designing and implementing evidence-based training programs. This crucial role involves identifying the learning needs of the program participants. The training could cover a wide range of topics, from technical skills specific to the program participants, to soft skills such as communication, life skills, social skills, and teamwork. etc. The incumbent is expected to deliver these training sessions, which could be in various formats such as workshops, seminars, or one-on-one coaching, depending on the needs of the participants and the nature of the skills being taught.
In addition, the incumbent will also be responsible for organizing public awareness campaigns. This could involve giving presentations or creating informational materials to educate the public about the program. Overall, the incumbent plays a pivotal role in enhancing the skills of the program participants and promoting the organization’s cause to the public. This role requires a strong understanding of educational methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the cause that the organization supports.
Must be able to work independently with strong work ethic.
This is a full-time position that is eligible to participate in group health insurance, paid time off, RS, professional development, etc.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. and 4 years of experience in developing curriculum and educational materials
Preferences
Possession of a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, education, or other related discipline. Four years of proven experience, program development, community engagement, and training.
Special Requirements
Must be available to operate a county vehicle.
Work Schedule
This position’s work week consists of a 37.5 hour workweek. There will be a combination of in-office and remote work involved. Some evenings and weekends may be required. This a telework eligible role that may revert to in-office scheduling if business needs change.
Starting Salary Range: $65,910.00 - $92,907.75 Annually
