Position Overview:
The Director of Regional Facilities is responsible for the financial and operational oversight of all company physical locations, large equipment, and furnishings. This role ensures optimal space utilization, efficient resource allocation, and seamless facility operations to support business growth and employee productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management & Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of all physical facilities.
- Travel to physical locations to ensure responsibilities are being met.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Space & Lease Management
- Identify, negotiate, and secure new facility leases.
- Manage lease renewals and contract negotiations.
Construction & Project Management
- Oversee tenant improvements and construction projects.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize capital expenditures.
- Coordinate move-ins, relocations, and space reconfigurations.
Procurement & Vendor Relations
- Manage purchasing of clinic equipment and furnishings.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Evaluate and negotiate service contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid professional license, certification, or registration as required.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Ability to work 45-50 hours per week as needed.
