We are on the hunt for a seasoned and dynamic Finance Manager to help lead the financial support and partner with the manufacturing segments for our rapidly growing client located in Salt Lake City. This role involves ensuring absolute financial transparency, aligning manufacturing operations with commercial objectives, and providing game-changing strategic insights to boost financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure clear financial alignment between manufacturing and commercial teams.
- Contribute to product line strategy development and assess their impact on the P&L.
- Perform detailed variance analyses to identify gaps, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to boost revenue, improve efficiencies, or reduce costs.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes with in-depth result analysis.
- Drive improvements in working capital metrics through strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the forecasting, reporting, and budgeting processes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Enhance forecast accuracy for manufacturing product lines.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to foster strong working relationships and achieve data-driven results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to controls, asset, and cash management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of finance or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of experience in product costing and inventory consignment.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and supply chain management.
- Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
