Financial Analyst – Entry Level
Location: Chicago, IL
Comp: $68-75K/year
We are working with a prominent financial services organization to find a dedicated Financial Analyst to join their operations team overseeing their Asset & Wealth Management division in Chicago. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in operations, where you’ll apply your due diligence expertise, support key client onboarding processes, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring new client accounts are set up efficiently and accurately. You’ll collaborate with various internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Service, making this a great opportunity to build a strong network and gain industry knowledge. Your responsibilities will include:
- Entering and processing client account opening documents in our systems.
- Acting as the go-to contact for internal teams during the onboarding process, including answering questions and ensuring policies are followed.
- Reviewing client documentation to meet regulatory, compliance, and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards.
- Working closely with client-facing teams to enhance the onboarding experience.
- Analyzing and resolving onboarding challenges both independently and with your team.
- Escalating and addressing onboarding issues to maintain excellent service quality.
Qualifications:
