The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role will oversee a team of marketing professionals, manage budgets, and work closely with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Brand Management:

• Strengthen the company’s brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
• Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals across campaigns.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
• Assign projects, manage workloads, and set measurable objectives for the team.

Campaign Development and Execution:

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, email, and events.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimization.

Budget and Vendor Management:

• Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
• Oversee relationships with external agencies, vendors, and contractors.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, including 3 years of B2B marketing.
• Proven experience managing a team and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics platforms.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
