Marketing Director

The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role will oversee a team of marketing professionals, manage budgets, and work closely with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning :
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Brand Management :
Strengthen the company’s brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals across campaigns.
Team Leadership :
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
Assign projects, manage workloads, and set measurable objectives for the team.
Campaign Development and Execution :
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, email, and events.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimization.
Budget and Vendor Management :
Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Oversee relationships with external agencies, vendors, and contractors.
Analytics and Reporting :
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of progressive experience in marketing, including 3 years of B2B marketing.
Proven experience managing a team and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics platforms.
Exceptional communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
