Onboarding Operations Specialist

We are hiring an Onboarding Operations Specialist on behalf of our client. This role requires a strong analytical background, focusing on managing the entire lifecycle of a large contingent worker population. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and the Chief of Staff team on key workforce and data management tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing as an Onboarding Operations Specialist :
Manage onboarding and offboarding for contingent workers
Maintain RMS Tree and Cyborg systems, ensuring data accuracy and weekly clean-ups
Oversee SOW lifecycle management, invoicing, and project data input
Work with the Chief of Staff team on data entry, reporting, and workforce managementMaintain rosters and handle employee transfers
Monitor project status and manage invoices, travel approvals, and certifications
Provide administrative support to senior leadership
Onboarding Operations Specialist Qualifications :
Previous experience working within a large, global organization – ideally managing a high volume of onboarding and workforce management
Experience managing contingent worker processes, onboarding, and data systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (and using pivot tables)
Experience working with data
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
Preferred Qualifications of the Onboarding Operations Specialist :
HR background or experience working with contracts and contingent worker management
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality results under deadlines
