Key Responsibilities
As Crew Manager , you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations in the Crew Office, providing exceptional service to our onboard team members while supporting their needs and well-being. Teammate Administration :
- Oversee the seamless operation of all administrative services for crew members, ensuring timely travel arrangements and accurate documentation.
- Manage pre-arrival, arrival, and departure paperwork, immigration documentation, and communication with relevant authorities.
- Resolve any teammate-related issues promptly and maintain clear communication with onboard and shore-side personnel.
- Ensure berthing modules are managed efficiently, optimizing space and maintaining accuracy in crew management systems.
