What You’ll Do :
Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
Prepare and sterilize instruments, treatment rooms, and equipment.
Take and process X-rays (if certified) and perform basic lab tasks.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
Maintain patient scheduling and coordinate appointments using Dentrix Ascend.
Lead and train new staff members to ensure consistency and high-quality care.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with front desk duties as needed.
Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for every patient.
What We’re Looking For :
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with state-required licensing and certifications.
- Proficiency in Dentrix Ascend or willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing patient schedules and coordinating appointments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—someone who enjoys working with people.
- A proactive, motivated individual eager to grow with our practice.
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and support new team members.
