- Experienced : At least 1-2 years as a dental assistant (preferred).
- Certified : Possesses a valid Dental Assistant Certification (RDA preferred but not required).
- Tech-Savvy : Experience with Dentrix Ascend software (preferred).
- Professional : Strong communication skills, polished demeanor, and a patient-centered approach.
- Skilled : Proficient in assisting with cosmetic procedures like veneers and general dental treatments.
- Organized : Excellent note-taking skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records.
- Personable : Friendly, dependable, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
