A dedicated and skilled RDA or RDAEF2 to join our dynamic dental clinic team. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, knowledge of anatomy, and the ability to work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job description
Duties
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Perform various dental assisting tasks including taking X-rays, preparing materials, and managing infection control protocols.
- Monitor and record vital signs of patients as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records within the Epic systems and ensure all documentation is completed timely.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Support pediatric patients with empathy and understanding during their visits.
- Ensure the dental clinic is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in IV Sedation and full surgery cases as needed.
