Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an Dental Receptionist / Front Desk person for an opportunity to join our dedicated, hard-working team.
We are a busy and fun practice located in Falcon, Colorado a suburb of Colorado Springs. We have three great dentists who are kind and who are committed to making the work day enjoyable and fulfilling. Our dentists / owners have been in practice at this location for over 17 years and provide continuity and stability for the office staff and for the patients in the community.
We are looking for someone who can interface with our patients at the front desk area helping with insurance verification, insurance claims, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments.
The ideal canidate has a basic understanding of dental insurance but we are willing to teach and train those that might be new to the dental field. The ideal canidate is a loyal and devoted employee who is professional in their behavior with customers and team members. A canidate who speaks Spanish is helpful but not necessary.
The responsibilities include being present at the dental office to help patients with scheduling appointments, collecting payments, verifying insurance benefits and reviewing treatment plans with patients.
