Description:
As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, attractiveness, and overall upkeep of our apartment complex's outdoor areas, landscaping, and grounds.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as trimming hedges, and watering plants to maintain a visually appealing landscape.
- Keep outdoor spaces free from debris, litter, and other safety hazards.
- Perform regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify and address maintenance needs, such as repairing fences, and walkways.
- Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of the property.
- Use and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Maintain an inventory of landscaping and maintenance supplies and communicate needs to the management team.
- Respond promptly to any landscaping-related concerns or requests from residents.

Requirements:- Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and plant care.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
