What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Attendants position at Princeton Acquisition LLC?
The pool attendants add value to the community by completing various daily general grounds/cleaning/property maintenance duties, upholding company standards, and ensuring all tasks are performed in the utmost professional manner.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Professionally communicate with residents
- Must possess positive attitude and desire to make a difference
- Be able to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Must be organized and able to prioritize
- Complete daily checklist and report any problems or concerns to manager
- Report any misuse or damage to manager and/or area directly immediately.
- Empty all trash receptacles and take to dumpster daily
- Responsible to keep pool area clean and orderly
- Control pool environment when in use (no unattended children, no disorderly conduct, ensure pool guests are community residents, enforce pool rules, etc.)
- All pool furniture to be straightened and neatly arranged.
- May be responsible to monitor and handle pool chemicals
- May be responsible to vacuum and clean pool
- Open and lock pool gate at beginning and end of each day
- All restrooms to be kept stocked and cleaned including commodes, mirrors, sinks, counters, and floors. Restrooms shall be left clean at end of each shift.
- Water flowers and pull weeds around office/pool/clubhouse area
- Gather and remove trash from grounds near office/pool/clubhouse areas
- Use proper safety precautions at all times
- Lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders to various heights may be required
- Help at other properties when deemed necessary
- May be asked to assist Maintenance and/or Manager with other jobs as deemed necessary by management
Must exhibit attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, cooperation, dependability, a concern for others, integrity, self control, stress tolerance, good communication skills, active listening, sound decision making ability and initiative to take on responsibilities and challenges.
Must be able to present a valid driver’s license.
Hours Mon. – Fri. 4:30pm – 8:00 pm, Saturdays 11 am – 8:00 pm, Sundays 11 am – 8:00 pm
