Job Summary
Princeton Club Membership Counselors offer the first step in helping our Members towards a healthier life. Successful Membership Counselors develop great relationships with potential members, and find the appropriate plan to get them started towards their fitness goals. They will assist in getting Members established with Personal Trainers, Group Exercise classes, and familiar with all our Club has to offer.
Duties
- Existing member follow up and support
- New member acquisition through lead generation, community involvement and outbound calling and emailing
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new members
Schedule: Rotating Saturday Schedule 9am-5pm, Sunday 12-5
Pay: $15 per hour, plus opportunity for sales commissions and bonuses, Free Family Gym Membership
