We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Assistance to join our team. As a Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our Business Development Managers. You will closely with them in driving revenue growth. The Business Development team are key roles within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, possesses strong communication skills, and has the motivation to thrive in the team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Assist in preparation and delivery of compelling presentations to potential clients
Skills:
- Sales support experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong knowledge of software industry trends and technologies
- Ability to understand medical/scientific terminology relative to study type
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
