Technology Solutions Specialist – Full-Time
Princeton Federal Credit Union (PFCU) is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual to join the Credit Union’s Technology Department and expand its’ role in the company. The Technology Solutions Specialist will report directly to the Director of Technology Solutions and participate in initiatives to fulfill the mission and goals of the Credit Union.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a positive mindset and problem-solving abilities. A true team player, the Technology Solutions Specialist will possess a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic, a curious mind, and will demonstrate strength in both creative and analytical thought.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Help troubleshoot computer, technology, network, and phone issues, while working with the Credit Union’s IT services company and various technology vendors.
- Develop, design, enhance, and debug reports using SQL queries within the Credit Union’s core processor, Corelation’s Keystone.
- Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement UI and batch scripts within Keystone using Java.
- Act as technical support on organizational projects in technology when needed.
- Support PFCU’s Information Security Program.
- Act as back-up facilities contact when needed.
- Support the Director of Technology Solutions in other ad-hoc projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in formal certifications and at least 1-2 years of work experience.
- Experience in financial services and Corelation’s Keystone a strong plus.
- Strong work ethic, well organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated.
- Sound knowledge of Windows, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, SQL, Java, JavaScript, and C are required
- Hybrid work setting with the ability to work in Princeton and remotely.
- Rare to occasional work outside of regular hours.
