Sign on Bonus LPN/LVN: $4,000 RN: $5,000
Unit manager success will be measured based on clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction scores, patient satisfaction scores, turnover rate of staff, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
Assist in hiring the right team as needed.
Train and mentor nursing staff to provide excellent care and excellent customer service.
Participates in the On-call rotation.
Participates and leads in patient Care Plan Meetings
Oversees successful admissions process of patients into facility and ensures their needs are met immediately.
Audits patient charts to ensure accuracy during transfer from hospital.
Completes audits to ensure documentation compliance and ensures medical record is complete and available to physicians and nursing team
Supports Director of Nursing as needed including overseeing clinical systems.
Actively participates in quality assurance process.
Oversee and manage a team of healthcare professionals in a unit or department
Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes
Ensure proper documentation of patient information and medical records
Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
