Responsibilities
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as needed.
- Assist with food and drink preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
- Remove trash and recycling from the kitchen area regularly to maintain a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.
- Bussing resident dining area.
Skills
